As a Data Quality Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Senior Data Governance Manager to maintain and enhance the accuracy and consistency of data across the organisation. You will conduct comprehensive data quality assessments and spearhead improvement initiatives. These efforts will ensure that key data domains are of the highest quality, thereby maximising their value and benefit to the business., working with clients across Tech Hub to build trust around the use and management of Client and Firm Data so that it can be used confidently and securely to drive business outcomes and a data-driven culture. What you’ll do: Establish expertise in Data Quality processes and systems, managing escalation requests and coordinating work with the Data Quality Team and internal stakeholders. Develop and manage data quality policies and processes, driving improvement initiatives including profiling, cleansing, validation, and correction activities. Conduct comprehensive data quality assessments and regular audits to identify, resolve anomalies, and enhance lifecycle management. Define, monitor, and report data quality KPIs and metrics across domains, utilizing dashboards for accuracy and automation. Support the Head of Data Governance and Quality, promoting Data Quality principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with technology teams and business units to tackle data quality issues and align technical solutions with business requirements. Implement reusable data quality components and address cleansing solutions, recommending improvements and automation opportunities. Engage stakeholders through training and awareness programs, ensuring alignment with risk strategies and data governance standards. What we’re looking for: Deep expertise in data quality management and assessment tools, with strong knowledge of data protection and compliance. Skilled technical expert providing advice, influencing stakeholders, and directly contributing to solutions. Proven ability to solve complex problems using experience, judgment, and established guidelines. Experienced first-level operational Team Leader responsible for up to 10 team members, driving results. Capable of annual work prioritization and actively leading or participating in medium to large-scale projects.
